Just wish they were a little thicker
I had a set of these that were just a set of three light medium and heavy. But an old neighbor of mine took the heavy and never gave it back and then I moved. I like the fact that this is a set of five so it was even a larger range of difficulty. I do like the different range once I’ve got them it’s really nice. The only thing I wish is that they were little thicker. I am a large girl and it’s easier for me if I have a thicker band around my thighs. Also I have had edema in the past and it’s left my skin very painful so to have something around my ankles it’s easier for me if I have something thick around my ankles and I do use them around my ankles for physical therapy. So the smaller ones tend to hurt my skin more. But for someone who is thin and doesn’t have those kinds of issues these are excellent. And they are good for me too I just I guess need to learn to adapt and maybe use my other two wider ones when I put them around my ankles.

Exactly what I needed!
There’s nothing about this set that I don’t love! The bands are clearly marked, are easy to use, and store easily in the provided bag. A big plus for me is the mesh bag as you can sweat when working out but it’s also easy to clean.Overall, the variety of resistance levels make an effective workout and I would purchase them again to give as gifts.

Now my preferred set of bands!
This is a fantastic set of resistance bands. They seem high quality and durable being the elastic fabric type. The fabric allows the bands to slide across skin and clothes versus rubber-based bands having a pulling effect. I use the X-heavy band for resistance squats for hip impingement, and this band feels slightly stronger than my other x-heavy band. The synch bag is really handy to keep all the bands from being scattered about. These run a bit more expensive than rubber bands, but the comfort of fabric may be worth it to you. Highly recommend.
