This item is a great for smoothing and or compression after surgery. Does not roll down.
I have tried several types of compression garments for smoothing in the past including Spanx. This brand is the best I’ve ever worn. They provide compression without discomfort. I recently had a surgery and need to wear compression around my tummy. This item works so beautifully that I ordered a second pair.

Use the size chart and you’ll love these!
I’ve tried everything! But these, are great. I wouldnt size up necessarily, but if in between sizes (based on the chart); size up. If you do this you’ll have support but won’t feel or look like a biscuit stuffed in a can. IFYKYK! I’m 5’4 age 56, and 185. All my weight is between my ribs and hips.

It does a great job enhancing my natural curves without feeling restrictive.It’s also easy to care for — I’ve machine-washed it on gentle a few times, and it’s held up well with no stretching or loss of shape. The only small downside is sizing can be a bit tricky, so check the chart carefully. Overall, it’s a reliable shapewear piece that balances comfort, shape, and durability.

Super comfortable
I’m a fuller-figured woman – for reference, I typically wear a 12/14 in women’s bottoms, with a 35″ waist and 42″ hips. I ordered these briefs in a size Large, and that was the right fit for me. They come up about 2 inches above my belly button, and I had no issues with the waistband rolling, folding, or bunching.While these briefs don’t offer super duper compression, they definitely help smooth the midsection and are super comfortable. I didn’t notice much of a butt-lifting effect, but that could just be due to my body shape and size. Regardless, these are going into my regular underwear rotation.Note: The product description says hand wash only, but I threw them in a cold, gentle cycle and hung them to dry – they were fine. That said, repeated machine washing might break down the fabric or stretch them out sooner than hand washing would, but honestly, I hate hand washing clothes… so I’ll take my chances.
