choosing support over comfort
Update: I wore them during my first class and during a game. These K-Swiss worked very well for me!I wear a size 9 Hoka running shoe, size 39 Keen water shoe, size 39N Dansko classic clog, size 8 Crocs sandal, so reading the varying review recommendations about sizing up and sizing down really confused me when trying to decide on what size to order the K-Swiss pickleball shoe. I ordered a size 9 and was hopeful they’d fit, and they do. Definitely not as comfortable as my other shoes, BUT my goal is mainly for good support—not comfort, since I have a long history of rolling my ankle. I’m a senior now and aim to prevent another injury—it’s a big priority for me. I start a pickleball beginners program this week and am hoping these work well for me. I think they are quite pretty – the colors lovely!

Roomy Toe Box & Good Arch Support
These shoes have a nice roomy toe box for people who need it. They also have more arch support than other brands I tried. They still felt good after 2 1/2 hours of play in the heat. Just use the standard foot sizing and order a half size up from your normal shoe size. If I had gone by their Non-standard foot sizing, the shoes would have been a whole size too small. I had no issues on the court. They supported my feet and all my movements well. I would definitely buy this shoe again. I can’t comment yet on how well they will hold up.

Cute pickleball shoes
These shoes are very nice, I love the color combination. Unfortunately when I put my orthotics in they are a little tight in the toes. I have not sent them back yet as I am still trying to find a fix.

Short shoe laces, cut into ankle but look great
I choose this style for the color. The shoe itself is comfortable and didn’t seem to have an any breaking in period. The problem for me is the low cut style on one shoe is cutting into my ankle. I’ve tried putting a bandaid on my ankle but it still cuts there leaving an open sore. I wanted to like them. It was between two styles. In hindsight I should have tried the other style for another reason as well – the shoestrings. These are very short and flat. I find them hard to tie especially double knot. The other style has round laces. Never thought of that one. Pro: fit nicely in the toe box, look great and feel comfortable until I play.

Very comfortable and helped minimize knee pain!
I have been wearing these for 7 months now, and I love them! I bought them because I was having knee pain after playing pickleball. They have significantly reduced discomfort I was having after playing pickleball! I play 3 days a week on average for several hours. I will buy them again when they wear out. They are worth the cost! Very comfortable, but be sure to get the right size! Your foot should not be sliding inside. These were true to size for me!

Shoe may be defective….?
Ordered these shoes and the right shoe was a bit tight. I thought maybe they needed to be broken in so I tried wearing them more often. I had to stop because they caused my foot so much pain. Unfortunately, it’s past the return date and I have a pair of almost new shoes that I cannot wear. I feel like the shoe was defective as I have never had this problem with any other shoe in the past.

Great court shoes! A tough sole to stand up to the court and a much appreciated flange at the outer ball of the foot to stabilize and prevent rolled ankles. And I appreciate the basically white of the shoe with minimal touches of color.

Order the excact size. The reviews recommended ordering 1/2 size bigger so i did that and the shoe was too big:(So i returned the shoe and re-ordered the same shoe in the correct size. The return procedure was easy even though i am in Singapore.
