My holy grail for my sensitive pits!
I have a skin condition that causes painful flare ups but I still need something to combat normal sweat & odor. I’ve tried all the drugstore brands, Lume, and some other all natural brands but they cause flare ups. I found this brand while looking at shampoo & conditioner bars, and saw they had an all natural deodorant. I decided to try it and I’m so happy I did! I finally found a deodorant that works very well and also doesn’t cause my skin condition to flare up at all! I’m definitely going to be ordering more so I never run out! I love the Lavender Vanilla scent too! If you have sensitive skin or other type of skin condition, give this a try!

The first natural deodorant that works.
Not sure how many other natural deodorants I’ve tried before finally finding one that actually works, doesn’t leave stains on clothes, and doesn’t irritate skin. Not sure I can make out the scent of eucalyptus and cedarwood, but it smells pretty good (kinda like a green freezepop) just the same!

The BEST deodorant on the market. All natural, comes in compostable packaging. Better then chemical deodorants, lasts longer, fresh scent. Highly recommended.

Had to change my rating
This deodorant ruined two new shirts! Maybe the fabric was at fault? I live in Florida, and Hot is an understatement for Summer weather. I bought 2 UV rated long sleeve shirts. They were comfortable, light weight and offered protection (according to the maker) from the sun. They were also “wicking” garments.I have never had such underarm sweat stains. I was born before we even used underarm deodorant.. so we all sweated. It was normal, ok, acceptable and a sign of good health. Some people purchased “dress shields” to keep perspiration from showing. I never had to buy one.Before using this deodorant, I never lost a shirt to dark sweat stains. The stains did not wash out! I remain suprised. I actually threw one shirt out…. I couldn’t even save it for a rag. The other is still a good, long sleeved shirt, now reserved for the garden. I threw the product away and retract my previous review with apologies to anyone else with ruined clothes.

I like Ethique products because they are eco healthy. What’s good for the planet is good for us. We are living in a closed system with the exception of sunlight. Eventually everything we put in the environment/water/air, we put in our bodies. Including plastic and chemicals. So I love that this is zero waste and healthy.I decided to try the unscented version because I like to live as simply as possible. I can be sensitive to scents and I was worried I might not like the scented versions or that I might get headaches from them. Plus I try not to harm any life, including plants, so I thought it was the best option. It really doesn’t have a scent once applied.It seems to work really well. Maybe there can be a very slight body odor at times if I really stick my nose in my armpits at the end of the day. But definitely a huge improvement over not wearing any deodorant at all. I’m living in Florida so it’s effective in hot/humid temperatures. It seems to blend in well, becoming invisible. It doesn’t irritate my skin at all.Overall I recommend it! 👍

pricey, mediocre at best
I suppose I am grateful that I only paid half the price to try this product during Amazon’s black friday deals. I’m not new to the world of natural deodorants, but if you’re a heavy sweater like me, avoid this. Smells fancy and has a cute violet hue, but doesn’t last. I began to smell myself shortly after several hours of applying. I only chose because my regular go-to by Humble Brands wasn’t available, sticking to what I’m comfortable with, considering this stuff isn’t any cheaper without results.
