Perfect for our space
I’m glad our baby gate like this exist. It retracts so it’s not an eye saw. The black color mesh material allows light to filter through it so it doesn’t take away from the room. Good quality. It did take a bit to install. But once it is in, It’s easy to lock and release and it’s a good size that expands across my living room. It covers my fireplace and large mirror.

Rollergate
Pros:- easy to install- smart proportions- very easy to unroll and secure- even easier to retract- see-through so it’s not blocking vision- not too expensive- seems to be well made- 100% effectiveCons:- ugly- not costy but not cheap either- doesn’t sag but has developed some creases along the top (they don’t affect usefulness)

Easy Installation and Great Product
Installed this last night and so far it seems like a great product. The installation instructions were explained well which made it go together fairly easy. I was skeptical at first because I had read through the reviews that mentioned it was troublesome but it was really easy. Additionally I was skeptical of getting it because several people mentioned that their kids/pets were able to easily get over/under it. But I am not sure if they installed incorrectly or are using it incorrectly because my son immediately tried to push on it and get under it and was unable to. I think the key is to follow the instructions on installation and use. The opening I am closing is approximately 70″ wide so maybe it is because I am using just about half of the full length of the 120″ I bought. I am going to wait to see how it holds up before I buy another one but so far it is a great addition to our small space.

Reliability
My house trim wasn’t perfect for this but it almost did it’s job. I am fostering animals so pretty hard to keep them from going underneath. I’m sure it would be great for keeping kids out!

Looks great!
Excellent product, we purchased this for our porch to keep our dogs in as I didn’t want a swing gate. Well made and works perfectly.
