Loved it , really helped relax the nerves and muscle aches . Unfortunately, my pipes are too old so it would clog up the tub at times . Won’t buy it again for that reason but if you got good pipes , highly recommend.

I made sure I ordered as pure a form as possible because I also drink it to purify the cells of my body. I mix 60g of magnesium chloride with 1 l of water and I drink 200ml of the solution everyday for 5 days. This is a French habit I inherited from my mother and it has always worked a treat for me. I can’t guarantee that Ancient Minerals Magnesium Chloride will work for everybody in terms of oral consumption but it does for me, so consume at your own risk! I also use this for my foot baths and it leaves my feet all soft and reenergized. I am just about to reorder a pack actually!
